Galentine’s Pilates: Strong, Sweaty, and Celebratory
This Valentine’s Day, we’re doing something different.
Not slowing down. Not opting out.
We’re moving with purpose, energy, and confidence... then celebrating it.
Galentine’s Pilates is a 45-minute hot mat pilates class designed to challenge you, energize you, and remind you how strong your body is.
On Friday, February 14 at 5:00pm, expect intentional sequencing, full-body strength work, and a steady pace that keeps you engaged from start to finish. This is the kind of class that builds heat, confidence, and momentum. You’ll work hard. You’ll sweat. You’ll leave feeling capable and grounded in your body.
And then... we balance it.
After the final set, we’ll transition into a shorter, intentional cool-down to help your body recover and reset. We’ll close with cool rosewater cloths, sound healing, and a guided meditation to bring your nervous system back into balance so you leave energized, not drained.
To make the evening feel like a true celebration, we’ll gather afterward to enjoy:
-
Bubbles (alc and non-alc options)
-
Sweet treats
-
A curated goodie bag
Come solo or bring your best gals. This class is about moving together, feeling strong, and starting your evening on a high note.
If you’re craving:
-
a workout that actually challenges you
-
an empowering way to spend Valentine’s Day
-
movement that leaves you feeling confident, not depleted
This is for you.
