Our Relief Menthol Shower Steamer is a powerful combination of cooling, anti-inflammatory essential oils. Peppermint, Eucalyptus and Rosemary may reduce muscle soreness and other ailments that may be causing stress. When inhaled, a cool, refreshing mist is released throughout your shower for an instant spa experience.

How to use: with our easy to open packaging, unwrap and remove foil, place steamer on the floor of shower, out of direct stream of water. Let the water activate the shower steamer. and the steam will carry the essential oil aroma throughout your shower.

Shower steamers last about 10 mins.

Best if used before or after other products in shower.
